Summary0002235: Not reading/controlling fan speeds on MSI 990fx-gd65
DescriptionThe software will read temperatures properly, however all fans show as PWM in the configure menu, and all show 0rpm on the main screen. Setting targets and automatic control does not affect fan speeds at all. I am using all available fan ports on the motherboard so the effect would be immediately obvious. This did work previously on a MSI 790fx-gd70 board with the same configuration.
Steps To Reproduce1. Install Speedfan
2. Set CPU target temp to desired setting
3. Set all fans to be automatically variated
4. Observe that the variance of speed percentage reported in Speedfan has no effect on actual fan speeds.

Oh one note, I did find by changing the PWM setting to manual under the Fintek chip it seems to allow them to be controlled, however this does not show RPM at all. This setting is not available for the SB fans, which still seem to not have any control at all.
